The Conservancy offers free public lectures on several areas of expertise to local organizations at no charge (although donations are always appreciated).
Topics include Neighborhood Park Stewardship, Conserving Jewish History in Fairmount Park, The Hunting Park Revitalization Project, and Age-Friendly Parks. A series of homeowner workshops are also offered each year in the fall and spring to educate homeowners in preservation maintenance and practical restoration techniques. These workshops cover masonry restoration, wood window repairs, historic porch repairs and interior plaster repairs.
To schedule a speaker, contact the Conservancy office by email or phone at 215-988-9834.
