Accounts Receivable Specialist

Reporting to the Controller, Fairmount Park Conservancy is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will be responsible for the oversight of all accounts receivable and revenue including fee-for-service contracts, rents, pledges, and other inflows of cash. Additionally, the role will work with the C-Suite to manage, record, and track all contracts and contract execution for FPC. Temporary Historic Conservation Technician

Fairmount Park Conservancy is seeking a Temporary Historic Conservation Technician. The Conservation Technician will be responsible for executing work in historic preservation’s skilled trades (traditional building trades) including but not limited to preservation carpentry and preservation masonry repair. This position requires a display of competency in one or more preservation trades and the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team environment.
