Operations Manager

The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for administering HR processes, business technology and office support for all staff, staff benefits and organizational insurance plans, maintaining personnel policies and procedures, providing guidance and interpretation of benefits and policies to staff, keeping track of industry trends, and meeting with the company’s senior management team to make suggestions and recommendations regarding the company’s procedures and policies in relation to its personnel. This position will play a central role in the Conservancy’s formalization of equity practices in hiring. Additionally, this position requires discretion, organization and strong interpersonal skills. Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) manages a portfolio of projects and provides oversight for the design and construction of important projects in the public realm. These may include park improvements, historic structures, green storm water infrastructure and recreation centers. They will direct all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution; monitoring, controlling and closeout phases to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, to stakeholder requirements and with minimal operational disruption. Key focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management for projects in the range of $1M – $10M. Learn more and apply.

Temporary Historic Conservation Technician

Fairmount Park Conservancy is seeking a Temporary Historic Conservation Technician. The Conservation Technician will be responsible for executing work in historic preservation’s skilled trades (traditional building trades) including but not limited to preservation carpentry and preservation masonry repair. This position requires a display of competency in one or more preservation trades and the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team environment.
