It might have been one of the rainiest Love Your Park Weeks to date, but that didn’t stop Park Friends Groups from showing love for their neighborhood parks this year! More than 100 parks participated in the week-long celebration of Philadelphia parks, welcoming hundreds of volunteers to clean and green public spaces. On top of that, Park Friends Groups hosted 55 events all week long, from bird walks in Cobbs Creek Park to plant identification hikes in the Wissahickon.
