Jim joined the Fairmount Park Conservancy in March 2023. He moved to Philadelphia in 2013 from Maine. As Accounts Payable Specialist he engages with all staff at FPC and the vendors that help us complete the important work we do. Jim’s background in the arts and non-profit organizations as a project manager with such historic building renovation projects as The Winslow Homer Studio in Maine, Freeman’s Auction House and Smith Memorial Playhouse in Philadelphia bring a helpful insight to the FPC team. He graduated from the University of Southern Maine and most recently completed the Non-profit Executive Leadership Institute program at the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research at Bryn Mawr College. Jim lives with his husband in Swarthmore; outside of work, Jim gardens, makes handmade paper and enjoys walks with his dogs and cats.
