Our Staff

Ausra joined the Fairmount Park Conservancy team and moved to Philadelphia in March of 2022. As the Planning & Engagement Project Manager, she supports the Capital Projects team by designing and implementing community engagement plans and strategies. She also acts as a liaison between designers, contractors, and the public to ensure that projects are managed with transparency and efficiency. She brings experience with project management and community engagement to this position, as well as a background in environmental design.

Ausra graduated from The University at Buffalo with a Master’s of Urban and Regional Planning, specializing in neighborhood planning and community development, and also holds a Bachelor’s from UB in Environmental Design. Outside of work, Ausra enjoys playing classical guitar, making mosaic artwork, cooking, and gardening.
