A local food truck will also be on hand each night, serving up tasty fare.

Movies will take place at the John Welsh Memorial Fountain across the street from the Please Touch Museum.

(PG)

Pre-movie activity: Bird migration is a spectacular event that occurs twice a year (in spring and fall) where birds move between their summer breeding grounds to their wintering grounds. Migration is happening right now! Some types of birds are known to travel as long as 16,000 miles during migration season. Just like people, not all birds are the same. Join Philadelphia Zoo’s education team in learning about the different beaks birds have and what that means for their diet!

Pre-movie activity: Before the movie, join the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia for a special Kamishibai storytime. Kamishibai is a traditional Japanese storytelling art dating back to the early 20th century that uses a wooden frame “stage” and colorfully illustrated pages to tell unique, traditional folk stories from all across Japan.
