The Present at LOVE Park


While enjoying the Christmas Village at LOVE Park this December, be sure to experience The Present! This 27-foot-tall present is the gift that keeps on giving. Visitors can text to give to three organizations, including Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, Fairmount Park Conservancy, and Project HOME!

Jefferson Square Holiday Lighting

Powers Park Tree Lighting


Join Powers Park Conservancy for the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, with Councilman Mark Squilla and elected State Rep. Joe Hohenstein! The festivities kick off at 4:30pm with cookies, hot chocolate, and pictures with Santa.

Fitler Square's Tree Lighting


All are welcome around the fountain at Fitler Square for the first lighting of the festive Holiday Trees and to sing along to carols. Santa will arrive at 5pm with hot chocolate and cider. Santa’s helpers will have hot chocolate and cider for all.

Marconi Plaza's Christmas Tree Lighting


Enjoy the lighting of the new Christmas tree on the west side of Marconi Plaza, coupled with caroling by St. Pio School children. You are also welcome to bring a non-breakable ornament to put on the tree! Hot beverages and cookies will be provided.

Stephen Girard's Christmas in the Park


Join Friends of Stephen Girard Park for carriage rides, a tree lighting, a visit with Santa, DJ, hot chocolate, cookies, and more for Christmas in the Park! They will be collecting donated toys for Toys for Tots, too.
