We’re excited to announce the start of a shortened version of our popular WinTOUR Scavenger Hunt: a FREE, self-guided, all-ages scavenger hunt to encourage exploration of Fairmount Park even during the coldest months. The series of weekly missions, provided through the GooseChase App, will provide fascinating information, fun challenges, and hilarious photo opportunities. Embrace the magic of winter in the city of brotherly love and explore the 2,050 acres of trails, natural lands, historic landmarks, and public art of East and West Fairmount Park!

Missions are located in four different geographic areas of the park with about ten missions in each spot:

• Lower East Park (below Girard Ave/Art museum area) 
• Lower West Park (below Montgomery Ave) 
• Upper East Park (above Girard Ave) 
• Upper West Park (above Montgomery Ave)

Plus: From January 29–February 25, participants who complete the fun and sometimes quirky missions will compete for the chance to win prizes! Each week, teams that complete all of the week’s missions will be entered in a random drawing to receive a prize. Participate in one week or all four! 

NEW THIS YEAR: At the end of the scavenger hunt, if there are multiple teams tied for first place, then a first, second, and third place winner will be drawn at random from those teams. Also, unlike past years, points will be given out to the winners of the weekly Flash Friday Challenges (see the doc below for more info on these challenges). 

The competition for prizes officially ends on Sunday, February 25 at 6 PM.

• Have EACH PERSON on your team fill out this consent form. (Minors can be included on a parent’s/guardian’s form.)
• Read through our WinTOUR Information Doc which has game rules along with helpful tips/hints. 
• Register your team on the GooseChase app (further instructions here).
