Fairmount Park Conservancy is thrilled to welcome three new members to its Board of Directors!
Jonathan Ketzner is a Senior Equity Analyst at Macquarie. Prior to his current role, he served as the Director in the Investment Banking group with Janney Montgomery Scott and as a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Strategy and Mergers and acquisitions group at Citigroup. He received a B.A. in History from Johns Hopkins University and an M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies.
Rich Lazer is another new member of Fairmount Park Conservancy’s board. Currently the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Parking Authority, Lazer has spent 17 years in City government, where he implemented the City’s permanent labor office and where he most recently served as the Philadelphia Deputy Mayor for Labor under Mayor Kenney. A graduate of LaSalle University, Lazer is a lifelong Philadelphian and a long-time public parks activist.
Deb McLoughlin is the third and final new member of Fairmount Park Conservancy’s Board of Directors. Born and raised in South Philadelphia, she attended Drexel University and graduated with a B.S. in Biology. McLoughlin has worked at several companies in the pharmaceutical industry serving various roles throughout her 30+ year career where she has helped drive scientific advancements in her field. Currently, McLoughlin is Senior Director, PCD Outsourcing for Merck.
