Join We Walk PHL and Yogi Den for an immersive walk along the Boxers’ Trail in East Fairmount Park.
Story Flow is a guided experience where movement and storytelling come together to create transformation. Participants journey through a powerful, relatable story that mirrors real-life challenges, growth, and breakthroughs.
After the walk, continue the journey by joining Yogi Den for an all-level, themed Story Flow yoga session from 10–11 AM. Registration for yoga is separate and can be found here. Both the walk and yoga meet at the same location.
INSTRUCTOR BIO: Yogi Den is a compassionate and resilient father of three who has emerged as a transformative figure in the realm of yoga. His personal journey has been marked by loss and unreleased trauma, but it was through the practice of YOGA that he discovered a powerful means of release and healing. Yogi Den’s profound experiences with yoga inspired him to share this ancient science with individuals and communities that are disconnected from its transformative potential.
Through the teachings and healing qualities of YOGA, he strives to bridge the gap and introduce the healing modality of YOGA to those who may be seeking solace, inner peace, and personal growth. Yogi Den’s dedication to spreading the wisdom of yoga is fueled by his genuine desire to empower others on their own paths of healing and self-discovery.
