Tim Clair joined the Fairmount Park Conservancy team in May 2024 as Interim CFO, and served as Interim Chief Executive Officer role from October 2024 to October 2025.

Tim has previously served as the Conservancy’s Chief Operating Officer from 2013 to 2017. Since then, Tim has consulted with various nonprofit organizations in Philadelphia, specializing in providing interim leadership services. He has a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on urban economic development and has held leadership positions in arts, health and environmental nonprofits locally and nationally. Tim’s expertise is in managing change in small, rapidly growing organizations and overseeing smooth transitions in ones engaged in leadership change.

Tim has lived in Philadelphia for over 25 years and enjoys time at home with his wife and two teenage children. He enjoys gardening, traveling, hiking, camping, and exploring Philadelphia’s parks.
