Our Staff

Jen Furniss joined the Fairmount Park Conservancy team in April 2026 as Director of Finance. In this role, she oversees financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting across the Conservancy’s programs, operations, and multi-year capital projects.

Jen brings broad corporate finance experience in environments ranging from a Fortune 100 company to smaller, mission-driven and growth-stage organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at an international development company, where she led strategic financial initiatives supporting global operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Kent State University, as well as a Master of Arts in International Business from Rennes School of Business.

Her favorite Philadelphia park is Wissahickon Valley Park.
