Volunteer registration is officially open for Philly’s Fall 2025 Love Your Park Fall Weekend! From Friday, November 14 to Sunday, November 16, volunteers in over 100 Philly parks will plant trees and flower bulbs, collect fallen leaves for compost, and prepare their local park for the winter season.
Participation is open to all! Here’s everything you need to know:
What is Love Your Park?
Every spring and fall, Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, Fairmount Park Conservancy, and Park Friends groups organize a lineup of “Love Your Park” volunteer events. Love Your Park is a citywide celebration and a great opportunity to connect with your community’s local Park Friends group.
Where can I volunteer?
Over 100 parks across the city are hosting volunteer events this fall, so there are many opportunities to get involved!
Check the list of all the participating parks to find the park where you want to volunteer, and register to reserve your spot!
What if I’m busy that weekend?
We will miss you, but there are so many other opportunities to volunteer in Philly parks! Parks need your love and support year-round, and you are always welcome to get involved.
- Park Friends groups across the city host volunteer clean-ups and events all throughout the year. Did you know there are more than 140 groups in the Park Friends Network?
