Join Fairmount Park Conservancy and Eunmi Chang from Eunmi’s Sound Healing & Yoga for an all-level yoga class. Find your peaceful place in the greenspace while connecting with your practice and meeting other people.
Please note: Our August 30th class will take place at Cedar Grove.
All other yoga sessions will take place behind the Boxers’ Trail Gateway in East Fairmount Park, located at the corner of 33rd Street and West Dauphin Drive.
INSTRUCTOR BIO: Eunmi is a 500HR Registered Yoga Teacher and 250HR Certified Sound Healer with over 3,000 hours of teaching experience and more than 400 public sound healing meditations and yoga workshops—alongside countless private sessions. She holds advanced certifications in Restorative Yoga, Nidra Yoga, Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release Techniques & Acupressure, Tai Chi, and Barre. Eunmi creates deeply immersive experiences that calm the nervous system, relieve stress, and foster meaningful inner connection, seamlessly weaving sound healing into her yoga offerings for students of all levels.
Rooted in traditional Korean Buddhist yoga philosophy and informed by modern techniques, Eunmi’s teaching blends intuitive wisdom with thoughtful structure. Her work has been featured in Philly Magazine and NBC 10 NEWS, and she collaborates with institutions such as UPenn, the Franklin Institute, Fairmount Park Conservancy, PAFA, Temple University, Drexel University, LBBC, and Grounds for Sculpture. She’s also taught Yoga Philosophy and Practice at Drexel University, guiding students on a path of self-discovery and holistic well-being.

TICKETS: Free**, donations appreciated. Registration is required.
**We are proud to be able to offer these programs for free. However, there is limited capacity for many programs. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows can take away tickets from others. We ask that you be mindful of this and please only register if you plan to attend.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
- We will meet at Cedar Grove (1 Cedar Grove Drive, Philadelphia 19131) in West Fairmount Park.
- Please note, classes take place outside in a flat grassy area.
- Bring your own yoga mat.
- We recommend you bring something to place under your yoga mat, such as a towel to keep it protected from “the elements” (grassy surface, sometimes damp after recent rain).
- Appropriate for adults and mature adolescents (minors must be ticketed and accompanied by a guardian).
- Please dress according to the weather conditions.
- Bring your water (drinking water is not available in the park).
- Unfortunately, there are no bathrooms nearby so please plan accordingly.
- Bring sunscreen and bug spray.
- This class takes place near Woodford Mansion. Woodford offers paid tours for the public. More information can be found on their website.
- Space is limited in each class and registration is required. If you cannot attend an event, please show courtesy to fellow parkgoers and try to cancel your registration with advance notice so that someone else can participate.
- Important pre-event information and any event updates are sent out via email. Please make sure the email address entered is correct and that you check it before coming out to the event.
PARKING/GETTING THERE: We will meet at Cedar Grove (1 Cedar Grove Drive, Philadelphia 19131). There is plenty of free parking in the area. As always, never leave valuables in your car!
