West Park Arts Fest is a free community festival hosted by the West Park Cultural Center and sponsored by Fairmount Park Conservancy featuring visual artists, musicians, dancers, craft vendors, and local organizations.

Stop to visit the Conservancy at the new Parkside Pop-Up Play Space created by Tiny WPA to share feedback on design ideas for the Welsh Fountain. The Conservancy is also hosting a We Walk PHL pop-up walk, tours of the Carousel House Farm with Farm Philly, and more!
