Grab a blanket, meet up with friends and family, and join us for an evening under the stars at our Parkside community movie nights!

We’ll celebrate the start of the spring season with some animated, family-friendly movies. With this year marking the 150th anniversary of the Centennial Exposition held in West Fairmount Park, each movie will have an inventor/invention theme. The Centennial Exposition was the first official world’s fair held on US soil and showcased numerous breakthrough inventions, such as the typewriter, telephone, and sewing machine.

Each movie night date will also start with an interactive, family-friendly activity from 7:30-8 PM followed by the movie starting at 8 PM. See activity partner and movie night schedule below.

Movies will take place at the John Welsh Memorial Fountain across the street from the Please Touch Museum.
