Our Staff

EmmaKate Martin joined the Fairmount Park Conservancy in February 2021 as the FarmPhilly Coordinator.  She has worked with the FarmPhilly program at Philadelphia Parks & Recreation for the past six years and is excited to continue to support and grow the program at the Conservancy. EmmaKate supports the Community Gardens in the Park Friends Network, ensuring they have the resources needed to grow food for their families, friends and neighbors. EmmaKate also coordinates the Junior Farmers program, a youth urban agriculture program working with after-school and summer camp programs at Recreation Centers throughout the city. In addition to these programs, EmmaKate provides technical assistance and pathways to resources for the other urban agriculture projects in FarmPhilly.
