Associate Director of Business Development
Elizabeth Moselle joined the Fairmount Park Conservancy in August 2014 and leads the organization’s efforts to activate park sites throughout Philadelphia in partnership with area businesses. These innovative programs -such as the highly successful Parks on Tap traveling beer garden- complement existing offerings and increase the park’s capacity to provide engaging activities while generating revenue for improvements and maintenance. Elizabeth also oversees the Conservancy’s corporate sponsorship program.
Previously, Elizabeth spent eight years at Mt. Airy USA, a non-profit community development corporation, where she spearheaded a comprehensive commercial revitalization project on the Germantown Avenue business corridor in Mt. Airy. Prior to that she worked at the Allegheny West Foundation in North Philadelphia and did pre-publication research in 20th century urban history at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan.
Ms. Moselle has a BA from the University of Michigan and a certificate in non-profit Executive Leadership from Bryn Mawr. One of Elizabeth’s favorite pastimes is observing the dynamics at play in neighborhoods and parks. She is energized by opportunities to breathe new life into underutilized places and is constantly dreaming up new visions for better, more activated urban spaces. Elizabeth loves to explore parks and cities with her young son and husband, sing, read, watch movies, and cook.
