The Philly Tree Plan is a 10-year strategic plan for the growth and care of our urban forest. It aims to bring the benefits of trees to communities that need them the most, in the ways that support them the best.

As a part of the Plan, five neighborhood parks have been selected to participate in a Pilot Tree Succession Planning Study led by Philadelphia Parks and Recreation &  Fairmount Park Conservancy.

One of the initial steps in the study is a survey for park users. The purpose of this survey is to gain a general understanding of park usage to inform recommendations for where new trees should be planted in the park.
