–A free series featuring movies and documentaries that surround a water theme. “Oceans”: An ecological drama/documentary, filmed throughout the globe. Part thriller, part meditation on the vanishing wonders of the sub-aquatic world.

About the Park:

Along the Schuylkill River, Fairmount Water Works was built between 1812 and 1872 to provide safe, clean drinking water to a city on the cusp of remarkable growth and was in operation until 1909. Fairmount Water Works now houses a restaurant and an interpretive center that educates the public about local watershed history.
