Exciting News!

Where to watch movies in Philly parks this summer

by Melissa Romero on June 21, 2018

Fairmount Park Conservancy is excited to announce that this summer more than a dozen Philly parks will host free movie nights, featuring blockbuster and kid-friendly flicks including Coco, Black Panther, Moana, and more!

The movie nights are made possible by the Conservancy’s event grants program, which allows Philadelphia’s Park Friends groups to apply for small grants through the Conservancy each year. This year, nearly 20 Park Friends Groups applied for grants to host a free movie night in their park over the summer.

Check out the full list of movie nights below! Movie nights begin at dusk and are BYOB (Bring Your Own Blanket). In case of rain, movies will be rescheduled by one week.
